It’s not just their advertising that is embarrassing the Big Five High Street(?) banks - look at this statistic!
“Nationwide branches remain popular, with 11% increase in customers using them over last year”.
What established retailer in the UK can claim such an increase in customers using their shops?
NONE!
And customers are using Nationwide ATMs more often and using more cash from the Society to lead their daily lives!
Long before 2030, Nationwide Building Society will have more customers than ANY bank in the UK, toppling Lloyds Banking Group from their increasingly fragile throne.
Lloyds may have a very long way to fall….

The banks have deserted thousands of communities around the UK, closing 8000 branches and ripping out 20,000 ATMs in the last decade.
Weak governments and regulators have allowed them to wreck havoc, undermining local economies up and down the United Kingdom.
BUT the British public stand firm.
They WANT Branches, ATMs - and CASH!
And they are going to get ALL three!
