The Payment Choice Alliance worked with our first official Ambassador during 2023 and that Ambassador has now completed his work with us.
We would like to sincerely thank Patrick Hutchinson for all his efforts on behalf of the Alliance.
We are planning to appoint a new Ambassador for 2025.

Public figure, entrepreneur and activist Patrick Hutchinson talks about the dangerous "rabbit hole" of taking away people's ability to use physical cash.
On Saturday 13th June 2020, Patrick’s life changed forever.
The image of Patrick rescuing the Anti BLM protestor from serious harm went viral. His actions also helped save the Black Lives Matter protest from being hijacked by negative press.
The incident also changed the narrative!
Luckily, Patrick's heroic play among chaos was captured on camera and in a matter of hours the likes of BBC News, ITV News, Channel 4 news, Channel 5 news, The Guardian, The Sun, The New York Times and CNN started calling. The following Monday Patrick was on the front page of every national newspaper.
He has since featured inside magazines such as GQ and Vogue, as well as the front cover of Men’s Health magazine.
GQ nominated him a GQ hero and awarded him with their ‘Men of the year - Humanitarian award’.
Other awards include being voted a CNN Hero by the US public for the most inspirational moment of 2020, beating 9 other American nominees as the only Brit and in 2022 received the 'Community Spirit Award' at the Annual London Chamber of Commerce Black Excellence Awards.
Rev Al Sharpton, Michelle Obama and Prince Harry are among his admirers where he has engaged in real life conversations with them on the emotive subject of racism.
Now as an ambassador of numerous charities and not-for-profit companies, he is driven to make a difference to society. He is also extremely passionate about inspiring discontented members of our society to bring about social change. His book ‘Everyone versus Racism’ speaks on this. He is now seen as a beacon of hope and an advocate for change and unity the world over.
