York Council MUST Halt Move to “Cashless” Car Parks!

It is beyond belief that some councils continue to conspire to create “cashless” car parks.

They have been instructed NOT to go “cashless” by Levelling Up Minister Michael Gove!

Rate payers will be FURIOUS when they find they will be footing the bill for converting car parks BACK to accepting cash!
