The Payment Choice Alliance has already sent a letter of welcome and congratulations to Emma Reynolds, the new Economic Secretary to HM Treasury.
It was on Emma’s desk when she arrived for her first day in her new role.
Emma, who first entered Parliament in 2010, should be a breath of much needed fresh air at 1 Horseguards.
In her previous role as Pensions Minister, Emma Reynolds pledged to make the future better for the UKs 13 million residents over 65.
One way Emma can immediately make the future better - for those 13 million people and everyone else who wants to use cash - is by ensuring cash is one pillar of the UK “National Payments Vision”, the development of which HM Treasury is currently leading.
Welcome, Emma- we look forward to meeting with you very soon!
