Cash-Only Chinese Restaurant (Peking) Ducks Card Fraud!

The imposition of “cashless” on the British public is NOT going to work - so make sure your “National Payments Vision” includes a viable plan for the long term, legally guaranteed, future for cash acceptance and access.

Any “Vision” without such cash provisions would be utterly worthless - and incur the wrath of the British public!
