Europe Acts To Ban “Cashless” - And The UK WILL Soon Follow!

The Council of Europe is intent on strengthening the role of cash in Europe. The telling quote:

“….the Council indicates its wish to effectively ban non-acceptance of cash by retailers or service providers…”.

Meantime, in the UK, work on the “National Payments Vision” has deliberately excluded proper consideration of cash.

Starting on 5 January 2026, the Payment Choice Alliance will begin the process of holding to account those organisations that have sought to undermine cash in the UK.

They have acted AGAINST the Public Interest and AGAINST the clear wishes of the British public.

And they thought that they had won…

NEVER.
